summer+bloom does not exchange items if you have changed your mind. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, return the products in the original packaging.
To complete your return, send the products back to the below address along with your order number and full name the order was made under. Also, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org once you have sent the parcel with the tracking number. This will help us to process refund payments quicker.

For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by summer+bloom. If exchanged for the same item we will reship your product free of charge.
